Oakland, Calif.--Mr. and Mrs. Kitagaki with two of their children at the WCCA Control Station a few minutes before departure by bus for Tanforan Assembly Center. A local church member is handing Kimiko Kitagaki a pamphlet expressing the good wishes of the church toward the departing evacuees.
