Beneath the high vaulted ceiling of the First Baptist Church of Chicago, the congregation listens to the first sermon by the Reverend Jitsuo Morikawa, who was recently installed as Assistant Pastor of this church. Reverend Morikawa, from Poston and Canadian born, is said to be the first Japanese American so installed. This Chicago Church has no Japanese American members. -- Chicago, Illinois. 2/27/44
