Washington D. C.... of more than 1,500 cancer patients given the experimental cancer treatment discovered by Drs. Walter Bernard
Coffey and John Davis Humber, only 15 have died, these doctors said in their report to the Senate Commerce Subcommittee investigating
the dread malady. The co-discoverers of the serum recommended that Congress establish machinery to disburse a permanent endowment
fund provided by the government to aid those engaged in research work relating to cancer and other malignancies. Standing
